How does HomeShuffle work?

Snap a photo of any room. In about 15 seconds you'll get a Glow Score out of 10, a short list of free quick wins, and an AI preview of the room at its best. Tap ✨ Shuffle to try different styles, add items, rearrange your furniture, or change colors and materials — and get a shopping plan to make your favorite look real.

Why did my photo get rejected?

HomeShuffle works on rooms and outdoor spaces. Photos of people, pets, food, documents, or close-up objects are politely declined. Step back, get the room in frame, and snap again.

How many shuffles do I get?

Each room includes 5 AI images (the first automatic preview counts as one). Failed attempts never count against you. Remove and re-add a room to start it fresh.

How does sharing work?

Tap 📤 Share with friends on any home. Your friends open the link in any browser — no app or account needed — see the before/afters, and can leave you comments. Their comments appear inside your app, where you can remove any of them. Anyone with the link can view that home, so share it with people you trust.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting a room or a home in the app removes its photos from our servers immediately. Everything is also automatically deleted after 12 months. For anything else, email us — see our Privacy Policy for the details.

Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To cancel or manage: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → HomeShuffle. To restore a purchase on a new phone, open the app's subscribe screen and tap Restore Purchases. For refunds, Apple handles those at reportaproblem.apple.com.
